Mr. Kothari joined Tishman Speyer in 2008, in London, and was part of the company’s Leadership Development Program. While in London, he worked in European Acquisitions, Debt Capital markets and India Portfolio Management. In 2012, Mr. Kothari relocated to India and was given responsibility for Asset Management of the India investments, developing and implementing asset strategies. He is currently responsible for driving the equity capital market strategy for the India business, building institutional investor relationships, formulating ventures and more broadly, raising capital for Tishman Speyer’s India business. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was an entrepreneur and built a successful F&B business. He completed a master’s program in business management from the Indian School of Business, graduating with Dean’s List honors.

George Agethen is responsible for the investment and asset-management strategies outlined in the Ivanhoé Cambridge’s annual business and strategic plans. He works closely with the Asset Management, Growth Markets team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to put in place and consolidate strategic partnerships for major projects being developed in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Agethen has extensive experience in our industry, and more specifically in the Asian real estate market. Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2015, he was Senior Executive Director and Head of Alternative Investments at Ping An Trust, a subsidiary of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd., a public company. In his past position, he was responsible for establishing a multi-asset real estate portfolio which invests globally. He served also as Executive Director for HREI (a joint venture between Harvest Funds Management and Grosvenor Group) and as Head of business development and capital-raising for Harvest Capital Partners, China’s leading real estate fund managers. He was previously Vice President, Private Capital Markets, Real Estate, for Macquarie Capital in Asia. He also spent several years in the real estate sector in Australia.

Mr. Agethen holds bachelor’s degrees in commerce and in law and a master’s degree in commerce, specializing in Finance, from University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Agethen is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and is a Jury Member for the MIPIM Asia Awards. Over the course of his career, George has lived in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and China. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Jimmy is responsible for CPPIB’s real estate investments in Asia Pacific. He has over 25 years real estate experience in Asia having worked out of Singapore, South Korea and currently based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining CPPIB in end 2008, Jimmy worked with several leading real estate companies including Rodamco Asia and ING Real Estate.

Since joining CPPIB, Jimmy has built a team of over 20 professionals and grew CPPIB’s real estate investment in Asia to over CAD 15 Billion.

Jimmy holds a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Business Administration (International Management) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Edwin Hoi is the Head of Real Asset Fund Services and joined Citco in 2018.  Edwin has over 20 years of working experience across various fields in real estate including financial control, funds, investment and property management in Asia Pacific.  Recently, he spent over 8 years in Standard Chartered Bank; firstly managing the accounting and finance function of the Private Equity and Alternative Investment division and later as the CFO for Property comprising the Bank’s owned and occupied portfolio.  Prior to that he spent 10 years in Sydney, and a majority of that was with Macquarie Bank in their Property Division.

Mr. G. Abhinav Ram Reddy is the second generation owner of GAR Corp., the leading Hyderabad-based creator of commercial office parks.

An alumnus of Harvard Business School, Mr. Reddy is presently engaged in managing and developing various private companies that are in the business of commercial real estate asset creation. He is in the process of diversifying the activities of his family’s companies into new areas by implementing modern techniques and cutting-edge technology.

Mr. Reddy has also been instrumental in creating long term partnerships with several MNC’s linked to the infrastructure facilities for IT & ITES companies.

His flair for venture capitalism and angel investment has led to several investments into start-ups both in India and abroad.

He oversees a portfolio of 10 Million Square Feet of office space, which spans an SEZ (Special Economic Zone) space as well as traditional office parks and is completely owned by the company.

Mr.Reddy’s passions include travelling, art collecting and wildlife.

Shridhar N is the Group Director, CEO – Infrastructure (Industrial & Logistics), and Chief Investment & Strategy Officer at Nidar Hiranandani Group. He was instrumental in institutionalizing Hiranandani Group.

He incubated and created a Pan India platform “GREENBASE” for Industrial & Logistics infrastructure business, a major diversification strategy of Hiranandani Group. He is bringing new investors and clients on board who will be part of platform. He is operationally heading the platform which aims to offer built-to-suit 12 Million Square feet of Industrial units & Warehouse infrastructure in next 5 to 7 years.

Also, he evaluates and invest in emerging business models which are beneficial for the group in long run. These includes investing in Real Estate & distressed assets.

He drives the Business Strategy, Re-engineering, Operations, Business development functions, Investments/Divestments, Treasury & M&A strategies across the business verticals of Real estate, oil & gas, Infrastructure/Utilities, Industrial & Logistics parks and Energy.

He was the originator of the largest PE deal in Indian real estate valued at over $1 billion. He was a key person in driving and executing the monetization deal from inception till final hand over of assets.

With more than 30 years of experience, an expert in the execution of complex transformational initiatives for top companies with clear focus on driving profitability for organizations by spearheading their evolution from conservative business models to a more process driven and customer-centric models that streamline and align business functions.

With a keen understanding and deep knowledge of key industries, market changes and market needs, has in leadership roles directed the strategy and business model of companies towards profitable growth that successfully facilitate this transition to realize maximum business value.

Active and well networked with HNI’s in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. He is an accredited member of the Director’s club, a program certification from KPMG, Board Evaluation committee, UK and SP Jain essentially as an Independent Director. Has vast experience as Group Director & CFO, raising capital, taking companies public, setting up an investment companies and enhancing operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

Given his Business as well as Finance Leadership roles across different industry verticals like FMCG/consumer space/Financial Services, Real estate and Hospitality and in organizations like State Bank of India, Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd, Asian Paints and Unilever Group at Ponds India Ltd, Coca-Cola & Britannia, his experience spans across various facets of Finance & Business Strategy including M & A.

He has excellent networking and relationships with Merchant Bankers, Local and International lawyers, Regulatory Agencies, Accounting and Auditing firms and Banks and Institutions cultivated over his senior leadership stint of over 30 years.

He was one of the nominees for CFO of the year awards in 2010 as part of IMA nomination process. During his earlier stints, he has been involved with State Bank of India, Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd., Asian Paints and Unilever Group at Ponds India Ltd. He also did program at Wharton Business School on Advance Business and Financial Strategies while he was with Coca-Cola India. Shridhar has been a guest speaker/lecturer at various forums on topics like corporate governance, financial & management accounting & systems, information technology/ process re-engineering in business / finance etc.

Mr. Roberto Versace is the Head of Listed Real Estate Asia Pacific at APG Asset Management in Asia.

Prior to joining APG in 2017, Roberto was Managing Director, Lead Portfolio Manager at EII Capital Management in London. From 2010 to 2015 Roberto was the Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for Asia at BNY Mellon Investment Management in Singapore. Prior to BNY Mellon Roberto was the Portfolio Manager for the NYSE Listed RMR Asia Pacific Real Estate fund on behalf of RMR Advisors in Boston.

Roberto is a member of the APG Asset Management Asia Executive Management Committee and Global Real Estate Investment Committee, a board member of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association leadership council in HK and also a member of the FTSE EPRA Nareit Asia Pacific regional advisory committee.

Roberto is an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and the School of Business and Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and holds a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Adelaide.

Vincent van Bijleveld is director of the Global Real Estate Engagement Network, a collaboration of asset owners and managers that engages both listed and non-listed real estate funds, as the real estate sector is responsible for 40% of global carbon emissions and severely exposed to financial material physical and transition climate risks. Vincent is also managing consultant sustainable investing at Finance Ideas. With his team he has a consulting relation with about 30% of the top 50 Dutch pension funds and he works with these clients and other institutional investors on their sustainable and responsible investing policies, implementation, legislation and esg risk management. Previously Vincent has among others been a partner at one of the big global actuarial & investment consultants and worked for an institutional asset manager leading in sustainable investing.

As the Global Head of Strategic Growth Natalie will be responsible for driving organic growth across Sanne’s product offering and delivering cross border opportunities through the group’s network of international offices.

Background and Experience

Natalie brings more than 25 years of commercial experience having worked in Australia, Singapore, and the UK. She joins Sanne in London from PwC where she held the role of Global and UK Real Estate Legal Leader. Natalie’s extensive experience of working with international clients on cross-border transactions adds significant capability to the firm’s team of product specialists.

Simon joined Sanne in 2013. As Global Head of Real Assets, Simon is responsible for developing the product for Sanne's business. This encompasses working with the Country Heads to manage the suite of real assets services being offered, including into new markets and jurisdictions, driven by client needs and market trends.

Background and Experience

Prior to joining Sanne, Simon worked at a global financial services organisation where he was responsible for their financial reporting division, servicing funds investing into real estate, private equity and capital market assets. Simon started his career in the Audit & Advisory business of Ernst & Young.
